UPDATE 3/25/12

A new poem was added at the end!

Note: for those whom have read Drachenscolderung, you’ll know who Terpunku is and why he’s in this issue. Another note: the stories from TSODR are out of order and it’s up to you, the reader, to piece them together in the correct timeline. Another note: familiarize yourself with the story Narcissus and the Dragon Birth.

Songs of influence: Flower Pattern Actual by Noriko Mitose, Après le Noir by ALI PROJECT, Emmylou by First Aid Kit, Sicilienne by Gabriel Faure, and Skedar Mystery by Grant Kirkhope.

“I don’t understand it. How can someone sleep with another person for no reason?”

The girl lowered her iPhone and smirked, “well, you’re an innocent virgin so you’ll never understand and I don’t expect you to.”

Narcissus lowered her coffee, it was the only time she ever tried drinking it. There was a light scoff somewhere between her smile, “I’m no virgin, and I’m not innocent either.”

She wanted to pour the coffee out, but this time she kept it.

She “lived” a little bit, not knowing the consequence of the coffee.

Dragonwave: Flower Pattern Factual

She ran as fast as her brown legs could take her.

They were close behind her, yelling things like “dragon witch” and “demon kisser”

She actually feared for her life, and it felt GREAT!

These men wanted to harm her! All because of her dragon sons!
Something so trivial was big to them

To them, Dragons are regarded as demons

She gave birth to a Dragonchild in one of their huts a while back

She didn’t know who could have told, but she knew someone was against her

Who wouldn’t be?

Right now she was holding the silver dragon in her arms as they chased her

It’s safety was her number one priority, albeit she was slow to recognize it

The dragonling was born with some kind of birth defect that a dragon doctor would have to diagnose and treat

“Dragon witch!”

They were still chasing her and she was still running

Sooner or later they would have to give up, she could go for HOOOUUURRSSSSSSS

“Oh no.”

Hours? Sure, if there wasn’t a large ravine blocking her way

She couldn’t simply “jump” across it, her legs weren’t coursing with the dragon god’s blood

Even if she had his blood, she still couldn’t jump

She’s afraid of heights
