Chapter 1
A million years or more ago
Elves and reindeer lined a building
They organized presents just so
Others working on the sled’s gilding
Suddenly there was a noise
From above: a fat man!
Here to deliver toys
To use an ancient plan
“Nicholas, the time is soon!”
“Evic! I hope my workers are operative?
“Working so fast it’s like a cartoon!”
“Well then! Fantastic”
The man in red moved away
Leaving Evic to stutter and splurge
Nicolas wasn’t supposed to be walking array
What could be this sudden urge?
Chapter 2
Nicholas walked into the workroom
Despite his presence they all keep working
Despite it though the place became a tomb
He walked silent and analyzing
His shadow stretched over the elves
His slaves were frightened
Many scurried away to put toys on shelves
Some nerves done tightened
The ones farthest away
Heard only the whip snap
“Get to work or die today!”
Slave driver Nicolas screamed his crap
Hands over the assembly line blurred
Elves and reindeer broke more sweat
Nicolas content with the panic stirred
He walked to the sleigh before he could forget
He walked straight towards Ben
Who began polishing as much as possible
“Stop working like a hen!”
“The festival this year will be impossible”
“But every year it is worldwide”
An elf came from behind
“I have begun to see a continental divide”
“The tectonic plates once were connected, it seems will untwine”
(Remember this was like a million years ago)
“I will never leave the North Pole again”
Because of distance and time
His travels would become hard to maintain
He was bound to the North Pole where he would continue his organized crime
“So why are you telling them to work more?”
“I‘ll wait until technology allows me to travel”
