It was said that his life was the most important of all the men and women of this world. Like a god some called him. He could never die for he was immortally the age of fourteen. The following story may seem impossible, but he always said:
-Nothing is impossible.
For this, dear reader is the end.
The story begins on a distant world. One that he destroyed years ago; Gallifur. Since he killed the leader years ago, the world has been rebuilt.
-My lord paradox. It has been years since Glitch sent us back into the void. We have since rebuilt it. We can live again.
-He should’ve killed me as well as my father. I will have vengeance!
Meanwhile in the late twentieth century, the tardis was crashing into the mid-1980’s New York.
-Good news and bad news. Which do you guys want to hear first?
-BAD NEWS!
-Ok, bad news is that we’re crashing. Good news is that we’re crashing into a 1980’s New York.
-How is that good news?
-Just trust me.
Glitch, an always optimistic wolf-cat, and the last of the Timefurs says looking for something.
-What are you looking for Glitch?
-One last drink.
Glitch then pulls out a bottle of wine.
-GLITCH! You’re under age!
-I’m 514!
-Oh. Never mind.
Glitch then gets the cork off, but then the tardis hits something sending the bottle of wine flying through the door.
-If we survive this someone owes me a bottle of wine.
-Serves you right for trying to drink.
The tardis then finally crashes into an alleyway on its side. Then a wolf with white ears and a star on his cheek comes up to the tardis with an open bottle of wine. The doors open and Glitch’s hand pops out looking for the edge. The wolf then helps him out.
-TOYA!
-Someone drop this.
-We should help the others.
As Glitch says this Ayden’s and Virix’s hands pop out of the tardis. When everyone is out of the tardis Virix the notices the person who had just helped them.
-Toya? I thought the millennium bug sent you back in time.
-It did, but not too far.
-Wait. You guys know Toya?
-Only briefly. In 1999 he helped us stop the millennium bug, but it sent him back in time. It should’ve regressed him as well.
-I was regressed. I wondered the streets for a while until this woman took me in. She said her name was: Terra.
-TAKE US TO HER!!
Everyone was looking at Glitch when he said this.
-Ok. I will.
-What’s wrong Glitch? I’ve never seen you so anxious to see someone.
-Just jumpy from the crash.
After entering a house they all see a wolf-cat with white fur, bright blue eyes, and a t-shirt cooking.
-Mary-Ann?
-Toya, did you bring friends?
-They need help. I had to.
-Alright, but if they burn anything they’re out.
Terra then sees Glitch and stops cooking.
-Toya? Can I see this one privately?
-Sure. (To Glitch) Wow 5 seconds and you’re already in trouble.
Toya then takes the rest of the gang to his room.
-You’re alive! You’re alive and young.
Terra says then hugs Glitch and cries in his arms
-I’ve been stuck here for years, waiting for you. Why did you say 5 months?
-Why did you say 5 minutes?
Glitch asks then cries in her arms, and a radio comes on, and plays Michael Jackson’s speechless.
-Sorry it does that.
-Then let it play.
Glitch says and they
dance right there, right then, singing along like all was right with
the world.
Meanwhile in Toya’s room all the guys are huddled around the door.
-Purfs.
-Aren’t you wondering what they’re doing?
-Yes, but I’m not eavesdropping on them.
-But you want to.
-I bet there making out.
-Like I Said purfs.
-I hear music! They’re defiantly making out.
-Ok, move over.
The song ends and Glitch is about to kiss Terra when Toya’s door opens, and everyone falls on each other.
-Jerks.
-Hey it’s a weak door.
-What are you guys doing?!?
-They thought you were doing it.
-No we weren’t!
-Anyway … Glitch says you guys need help.
Terra says braking up the shouting match before it starts. Glitch then pulls out his compass, pushes the center, and the tardis appears and it looks brand new again.
-All it needed was a brake.
Meanwhile, back on Gallifur, Paradox is plotting redemption.
-My lord, the weapons are ready for the invasion.
-Good. Are the men in place?
-Yes sir.
-Excellent. Start order infinity: redemption. Start the jump gates.
-Start the jump gates!
-We will not fail this time!
Back in the tardis, Terra walks up to Glitch, who is piloting the tardis, and ask him:
-Would you ever change it if you could?
Glitch then ponders the question then responds, asking:
-What do you mean?
-The time war. When we last saw each other.
Glitch who has now gotten off the controls asks:
-Would you?
He then kisses her and turns on the radio which plays Michael Jackson’s speechless.
-Sorry it does that.
-Then let it play.
Terra says grabbing Glitch and starts dancing.
Ayden, who is in the virtual reality room with, Onix, Toya, And Virix, and walks up to Virix and asks:
-Who is she?
-Why? Are you jealous?
-NO, Just curious.
-Well during the time war Glitch didn’t have anyone. His family was killed my daleks, and he was shipped out to the army. He was heartbroken and run by rage. She was the nurse at the time, and they fell in love. Millions died but they survived. Glitch then found a tardis and planed to go back and stop the time war before it begun. He then said:
-Be back in five months.
-And she said:
-See you in five minutes.
-Then there was an explosion. It shut the doors of the tardis, and sent him to earth in the 1950’s.
-Wow. I would’ve never known that. Did he ever stop it?
-Sadly no. He could never go home. He was stuck going to other planets and other time periods, but never home. He feared it was destroyed. He was depressed. He thought she died. Remember the time we sent Gallifur back into the time void?
-Yes. He spent most of his time in his room afterwards.
-He thought he made a mistake. He thought he killed her again.
-But that was years ago. So how is she still alive?
-I don’t know. But see how happy they are. Would you want to change that?
-No. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this happy.
-Me too.
Meanwhile, miles away, a shield covered the whole earth in darkness, and Cracks opened in the sky. Alarms went off in every room of the tardis. Glitch then runs to a monitor to figure out what’s happening. Toya, Onix, Ayden, Virix, and Terra huddle around him to see what’s going on.
-What’s happening? Is the world ending?
-Something like that. How do all of my enemies hovering above the earth sound to you?
Just then all the lights turn off in the tardis and Glitch says:
-NO!
Then he runs out of the tardis and sees that every screen the face of a black wolf-cat with a scar over his right eye appears.
-Glitch, years ago you killed our father as he was saving our race from extinction. I request redemption! Meet me on the empire state building in two and a half minutes for a battle to the death. You fail and I take this world. Win and Gallifur is yours.
-And if I refuse?
-Then I will tear this world apart. Two and a half. Make you move.
Just then the screens change to the image of a dalek that says:
-Glitch, we seek to form an allegiance with you to save this universe. Please come aboard and we will help you kill Paradox. If not he will destroy reality. Just this once Timefur, help us.
Two and a half minutes later and Glitch walks up to Paradox unarmed, carrying an open and empty bottle of wine.
-Two and a half minutes and you drink?
-I’m unarmed, possibly drunk, and easier to kill and all you care about is that I don’t have a better plan? I thought you knew me … brother.
-I know you well enough to know you always have a great plan.
-And I know you well enough to know that, armed or not, you would shoot first and ask later. Plus what’s the harm in one last drink?
Angered by what Glitch says Paradox pulls out a gun and points it at him.
-But you don’t see the big picture.
-Oh yeah! What’s that?
-That time is an impossible enigma. One that can’t be controlled. Father didn’t realize that. He killed himself!
Furious, Paradox then pulls the trigger. Glitch amused at attempt of killing him starts laughing.
-What’s so funny!?
-For one thing: you should read labels more carefully.
Glitch then drops then bottle at Paradox’s feat. The label, which is now right side up reads: fountain of youth water.
-Secondly: drinking foy water is only good for one thing: regression!
The bullet hole then seals itself up.
-Lastly: in the two and a half minutes you gave me I rigged my iphone. Because I would never kill anyone.
He then pulls out his iphone and pushes the center, and Michael Jackson’s speechless plays on every device, on every time period, on every planet, with everyone singing along. He then puts the phone to his mouth and says:
-Remember this song Terra? Back on Gallifur. When we first met. Our song.
A gunshot is then herd, and Glitch drops the iphone and stagers, and then says:
-You would you coward. You spineless, heartless coward!
Another gunshot and then Paradox pulls out two metal rods, ones that are lighting up in his hands but don’t harm him. He then jabs the metal wall behind Glitch.
-Back on Gallifur, before the time war, the weeping angels gave me a prophecy. They said that I would die at the hands of my own flesh and blood. You where driven mad. The daleks and the Timefurs where at peace until that happened. The war started over you!
Another gunshot and Glitch is on his knees, coughing up blood.
-My plan was to stop you from looking in the untendered black hole. I could’ve saved you!
Another gunshot. The metal behind Glitch is now gone.
-One more shot and you’re dead.
-Then do it, kill me.
-Just remember: I would’ve cared.
Paradox then stabs Glitch with the other metal rod, and pushes him off the building.
Terra who was on the dalek ship is now looking for her mate. She then finds him on his back gasping for air. A dalek then comes up behind her and says:
-We can revive him.
Crying, she then runs to him, holds him in her arms, and berries her face in his side. Weakly, he then says:
-Listen to them. This was the plan. Give Toya the keys to the tardis, he deserved them. Go with the daleks to the ship, and help them revive me. And if they can’t: berry my body next to the untendered black hole. And one last thing, my love: dream for the end.
And with that an impossible hero says his final words. Terra then cries in his arms while the daleks take his body to their ship.
Toya opens the doors to the tardis and sends it to the dalek ship.
-Is he going to be ok?
-I hope so.
-While he is being revived, we must repair his memories. He will be in a dream state until his memories are restored. You must help him regain his memories. We have built a special machine to do so.
Terra who has finally stop crying, hooks herself up to the machine.
-We can’t control what happens to you so be careful. We also built a device so that we know what is going on in the dream state.
A large TV then turns on showing the dream state. Toya then gets the rest of the gang and they board the tardis.
-What now?
-Glitch said to kill a Timefur you must use all the elements. We have to make something to harness that power.
-Then let’s start.
And thus the world stands in darkness as its saviors wait to stop Paradox.
It was Friday January 28, 2011; the last class of the day and everyone was watching the clock ready to leave. Mr. Titor was reading a book he got himself the previous weekend: an astronomer’s tale. The last bell rings and everyone runs pushing each other out the door. Everyone that is except Terra: The smartest student at Sky Field College. When john walks up to her he sees that she is reading the same book he was.
-Good book?
-You should know, you’re reading it too.
John then smiles at what she says, and then says:
-Come on, let me take you home.
Toya, who has taken the tardis ask Virix:
-What’s the first element?
-Water, but the place is a bit odd.
-Where is it?
-Inside a volcano.
-Paradox must be controlling reality. He’s not making this easy for us. I bet Ayden and Onix aren’t having as much trouble as we are.
Meanwhile in the tardis, Ayden and Onix are looking for equipment for a weapon.
-The list says that we need titanium, glass, and a lot of stuff I don’t think we have in the tardis.
-What’s that?
-Plans for a clockwork cutlass.
-Oh. It just looks right for some reason.
-Well it’s supposed to look like that.
-Alright let’s get to work.
A car then pulls up to the Sky Field College student dormitories at the other end of the campus. John then gets out and says:
-I can’t believe you live alone on campus, even on weekends.
-Well my parents died in a car crash years ago. I was the only one who survived. In their will they left me a big sum of money, but I only use what I need not what I want.
-They must’ve been great parents for you to learn that. Most of the students I’ve met are irresponsible, and are most likely to make their parents file bankruptcy in the next two years. You know what? And I don’t say this, but you’re one in a million.
-Thanks coming from you that means a lot.
John then pulls his car out and drives to his empty house like every day and daydreams.
Terra closes the door to her dorm. She had a roommate, but they dropped out at the beginning of the school year.
-That brain-dead brat.
Terra then remembers something she left in the passenger seat of john’s car. A photograph of a forgotten time. She left it there in hopes of jogging his memories, and bringing them out of the dream state.
-Inception.
She then starts drawing mazes and labyrinths, and most of all she draws Glitch.
Meanwhile, back in the tardis, Ayden and Onix have finished the clockwork cutlass, and are trying to get aboard the dalek ship to hook up to the dream state.
Terra after finishing the picture of Glitch, hears a knock on the door.
-(To herself) There isn’t anyone here but me. So who can at the door?
She then walks slowly to the door and sees Ayden and Onix standing in the door way. Terra then stagers backwards looking like she has just seen a ghost.
-How did you guys get here?
-Same as you, but that’s not important. We have information about the dream state.
-Like what?
-Like how to leave.
-Alright, come in.
John titor, who has just backed up to his driveway, notices a photo in the passenger seat. He then picks it up and sees Terra and a wolf-cat that looks a lot like John in the picture.
-Must be a brother or something like that. I bet she wouldn’t like this lost.
He then puts the picture in his pocket, and drives back to the dormitory to return it to Terra.
Onix and Ayden are trying to explain the rules of dream states to Terra in her dorm.
-So let me get this straight. Glitch has to die in all of the dream states to wake up?
-Yes.
-But if we die we can’t leave?
-Yes.
-And when Glitch remembers everything and dies the dream state is destroyed and we go back as well?
-Yes, but there’s something we don’t understand; if Glitch where to change anything about his life it will change the same part of him in the real world.
-What happens when we die here?
-Then we die. The dream state is linked to Glitch somehow that’s why we think we’re at this college instead of Gallifur. This is something he dreams about.
-So how many dreams are there?
-Depends on how long it takes him to remember everything and what he dreams about.
-Well what happens when there is more than one dream state?
-Then we appear as we should be in the dream.
-Then we have to hurry to get Glitch out and stop Paradox from destroying reality.
But what would you guys do here?
-Pose as students like you.
Just then there is another knock on the door. Ayden opens it and Toya and Virix come inside the dorm.
-We need to talk.
John then pulls in to the dormitory and gets out of his car. He then sees a police box right next to the front door. He walks inside and sees it’s bigger on the inside.
-This isn’t possible. Now I remember. My name is Glitch, a five hundred and fourteen year old Timefur, and I travel the stars with my friends. I have to get out of here.
Just then there’s a flash of light and then it’s Monday January 31, the beginning of the next school week. He then checks the clock. It’s 3:45, the end of school. The final bell rings and everyone lefts. The only ones still in there are: Toya, Terra, Ayden, Onix, Virix, and Glitch who is gob smacked.
-What just happened? I fell as though I’ve just went 500 years through time without the smallest memory.
-You’re just starting to remember. Come on I just promised everyone star bucks.
*-Is that him?
-Yes, but don’t shoot just yet.
-Why not? Our orders are to assassinate him when we find him. Or you still upset about her?
-That’s not your problem. He’s moving lets go.
-Why here?
Terra asked Glitch.
-Because. It just feels right. As though I have to be here right now.
*-There he is. He doesn’t look like a problem. He looks like a normal innocent person. Why him?
-Because he’s on the list, and the rules state…
-That we kill anyone on the list. But it also says we don’t kill anyone unless there’s a reason. So why him?
-Because he killed someone.
-That could’ve been someone else.
-It isn’t.
A bullet is seen wising through trough the air and the world around it starts collapsing. Virix then sees the bullet and the world around it collapsing. Toya then notices the world collapsing and ask Virix:
-What’s happening to the dream?
-It’s destroying the first to make place for the next. DUCK!!
-Why?
-There’s a bullet coming and we aren’t its target.
The bullet is now one or two miles away and the air around makes a certain beat that Glitch remembers. It plays Michael Jackson’s speechless. Glitch then notices the bullet behind Terra.
-When I count to three duck.
-Why?
-There’s a bullet coming, and it’s meant for me. 1.
-Then say you love me.
-I love you and that’s something I can never forget. 2. No one can change that, and no one can tell me otherwise. Don’t leave me my love. 3. Record the beginning for the end.
Terra then ducks and watches her mate die again. And Glitch falls. Then the dream collapses, for the next one, around the dead Timefur.
In the real world Paradox has controlled reality, transformed all of the earth’s greatest creations into a castle in the sky, taken over the earth, and held everyone prisoner. From the main tower he sits staring into the sands of time, watching as the daleks revive his brother.
Meanwhile the dream state has finished rebuilding itself reveling a house by the ocean but away from the world. Glitch then walks to the beach that surrounds his new house. Terra walks behind him and says:
-It’s a lovely dream.
-It’s a reflection of the house I had on Gallifur before it burned down. Is everyone inside?
-Yes. Why did you choose this place?
-It felt like a great place for writing.
They then walk inside the house and stay there for the night. Once inside they see Virix on the phone, but notice the conversation is ending. He then hangs up the phone.
-That was the publisher. They’re expecting the idea for the next book by tomorrow.
-Well tell them to add a day.
Toya then joins the conversation by saying:
-They won’t agree. Not since last time.
-Tell them to add a day or I’ll leave. Plus they still owe me for helping them out of bankruptcy. Just one more day.
Glitch then leaves with Terra following closely behind. They then enter a library and Glitch says:
-This was my father’s study. Before the war he had an infinite supply of books. He said it was his life’s work to collect all forms of information. He had it all from James Patterson to Jules Vern and every ware in between. He called it the infinite galaxy. That’s why Gallifur was the world it was. Well that was before…
-Before the war?
-Before Paradox took over. This was the only place of my house that could’ve survived the war. It was even bigger than the library of congress on earth. It seemed like a great place for me to remember everything.
-Would it even have an astronomer’s tale?
-This place had harry potter before j.k. was even born.
Terra then runs to find the book as Glitch sits at a computer to regain his memories.
It was around midnight and almost everyone was asleep except Glitch who had just found a way to stop Paradox. He then reached for a microphone that was right next to the computer and says:
-Emergency! Everyone to the infinite galaxy!
In a little less than an hour later everyone was in the infinite galaxy around the computer where glitch had sat at all night. Toya yawns then asks him:
-Why did you call us here? Its 1:30 in the morning.
-This is important. I’ve found a way to defeat Paradox.
Terra then asks him:
-Other than the elements?
-Yes. It says here that there are two ways to kill a Timefur. One is the elements. The other is a clockwork cutlass forged from the sharpest metal in the galaxy: black hole metal.
Ayden then says:
-Well that’s good because that’s the weapon we ended making.
Virix then tells everyone:
-Well now we know how we’re going to stop Paradox. Now everyone get some sleep, even you Glitch. I’ve seen you without sleep. That’s one of the reasons we’re in this mess. Plus you’ll need it.
-Alright. Let’s get some sleep. We’ll need it tomorrow.
They all woke up around noon. Glitch, who was still asleep, was now late for his meeting. Toya then walks into his room to wake him up.
-Glitch?… Glitch, god, we don’t have time for this.
-Just leave me be.
-Ok, but you’re gonna have to explain to the publishers why you’re late for the meeting.
Glitch then jumps up realizing that he’s late. Toya then smiles at his work and leaves to meet Virix the hallway and asks him:
-How long tell he finds out he’s not late?
-5 maybe 10 minutes. By then we’d be on the plane and he’d be asleep again.
Half an hour later and they’re on a plane to New York. Glitch then asks Virix:
-Why did you get me up early?
-Because you always dose off in the plane.
Glitch then doses off and Virix leaves and sits with Terra. She then asks him:
-How is he doing?
-Other than being asleep he’s fine. He seems like he’s remembered everything. The only thing now is for him to die again and we can leave.
Terra looks upset, and Virix asks her:
-What if he forgets me?
-Remember what he told you last dream state? That he loves you and he can’t forget that, and Paradox, or daleks, or even rabid ood can’t stop that. He loves Terra and he always will.
She then smiles and looks out the window.
Once they arrive in New York they take a cab to the publishers building. In the elevator to the conference room Virix feels shifty. Glitch asks him:
-What’s wrong V?
-Something bad is going to happen. We shouldn’t be here.
Terra then asks:
-Bad how?
-Bad as in Paradox is in the dream.
Virix then pulls out his gun and points it at the emergency exit in the elevator and fires it. Ayden then asks Glitch:
-How would he know that?
-His senses have been tweaked because he’s been with me for five hundred years.
Everyone then crawls out of the emergency exit and stands on the elevator. Ayden then asks:
-Won’t Paradox find us?
-I know exactly where to hide then.
Glitch says then turns to Terra and tells her:
-Terra this isn’t the end. I love you and I can’t change that. We can hide from this world at the edge of infinity. There we can make our own world.
-Then let’s start running.
She says pulling the group off the edge and into the next dream.
Glitch and the rest of the gang appear falling onto a planet with a red sky, futuristic buildings covered with domes, and a river the size of Manhattan. They then land in the river untouched with the exception of a few minor scars. They then swim to shore and then Glitch says:
-We’re on my reflection of Gallifur. Give the water a minute to kick in. It’s youth water.
Toya then
asks:
-Youth water?
-The fountain of youth had to come from somewhere. Don’t worry it wasn’t a big doze so we should be fine. Come on, I have a great hiding place.
Paradox, who was still in the publishers building, is now looking for his brother.
-Where is he?
-The scanners say he’s no longer on the planet.
-Reddy my gun. I will kill again!
Back on Gallifur, in dark and hidden remains of the infinite galaxy, Glitch, Terra, Virix, Toya, Ayden, and Onix hide from Paradox and the Timefurs in his control. Ayden then asks:
-What now? Won’t Paradox find us?
-He’ll think this place is destroyed so for now we’re safe. But we should split up so it’s harder for him to find us.
Half an hour later and there is screaming from the historical fiction section. Everyone then runs to see a pile of books on the floor of the room then the pile moves. Glitch and Virix then run to the pile and start moving books. Once visible, they pull Terra out of the pile. She then says:
-Thanks guys.
-No problem. What happened?
-Well I was grabbing for a book and the whole shelf came.
-Are you alright?
-I am, but I don’t know about that pile.
-It might be best for everyone to me with someone else. Just in case.
Ayden then asks:
-Are you just saying that to get alone with Terra?
-Why does that matter? I just think it would… help.
-Alright we’ll leave you guys alone.
Once they leave Terra then tells Glitch:
-That was rude.
-Well that’s Ayden for you. She’s half rude, half nice. Hey you need help putting these books up?
-Not really, but it would be nice to have an extra pair of hands.
Paradox then appears on the planet with a gun in one hand and a blade in the other. He then speaks into a walkie-talkie and says:
-I’m on the planet and I know exactly where he’ll be hiding.
Virix senses him and runs to the historical fiction room with everyone running behind him. Glitch then jumps up when he enters the room. Virix then says:
-Paradox found us and he armed and waiting for us.
-If he’s looking for a fight then let’s give him one.
There is then an explosion creating a hole in the wall and making a ring of fire around Paradox who has entered the building. He then says:
-Glitch I know you’re in here! Come out alone and your friends will be unharmed!
Glitch then jumps down from the ledge he was hiding on and says:
-How can I trust you?
Paradox gives Glitch the blade he was carrying and pulls the gun out and shoots himself saying:
-Because I’m still your brother and people can change.
Glitch sees his brother die then Ayden comes up behind him and says:
-Terra’s hurt. Come on.
-What happened?
Glitch says when they enter the room. Ayden then answers saying:
-We don’t know. There was a gunshot then she fell on her back.
Glitch then runs to Terra and cries as he holds her in his arms. Virix then hands Glitch a mirror shard and says:
-You know what to do.
Glitch nods accepting the shard then jabbing Terra’s heart. Shocked by what she’s seeing Ayden asks Virix:
-What is he doing?
-There is a myth on Gallifur. It says that if a Timefur were to die you should stick a mirror shard through their heart so that they can be revived.
-How do we know it works?
-We don’t.
Glitch then picks up Paradox’s gun, puts it to his head and says:
-There’s only one way out.
Ayden then says:
-Glitch don’t!
But he already pulled the trigger.
Glitch then wakes up on a medical cot. He notices where he is and sees his friends. When he looks at the cot in front of him he sees the person isn’t moving. Virix then tells him:
-Sorry Glitch. She didn’t make it.
Glitch then gets up and grabs Terra’s body, raps it up, and takes it to the tardis with everyone following him in.
The Tardis appears on Gallifur then Glitch comes out carrying a shovel and starts digging. He returns to the tardis and brings Terra’s body. After he buries the body he drops the mirror shard on the grave and returns to the tardis.
Once glitch is inside he walks to the controls and tells everyone:
-That’s it. Paradox finally won.
Ayden then smacks Glitch and says:
-That’s not the Glitch I know. You still have a chance to stop Paradox.
She then gives him the clockwork cutlass. Virix then says:
-Plus there’s something that you have that paradox doesn’t.
-And what’s that?
-Friends that have your back. Even if Paradox kills you kill him first.
He then hands Glitch his gun. Glitch pushes it away and says:
-I can’t take this. But there’s gotta be a way that you can help me. Find a way that you can use the elements and we have our plan b.
Everyone seams happier now that Glitch has a plan.
Glitch is in his room staring at a picture of him and Terra together before the war. Ayden then enters the room in hopes of cheer him up. She then tells him:
-To be honest: when I first walked into this room I didn’t know what to expect. Then I realized how normal it was and I almost forgot that this was a time machine.
-Look if you’re trying to cheer me up, it’s not working.
-I just know that I can get that old Glitch smile on your face again. Plus Virix promised everyone ice cream and I know you don’t want to miss that.
He then starts smiling and says:
-He’d better be buying.
They then walk out of the room.
Paradox watches his brother leave and grabs a phone and dials a number. Once the other line picks up he says:
-I’ve found him. Send the men to this location…
The world famous 8-bit café. A perfect place to relive a great part of the 80’s. When Glitch and the gang enter they notice that every screen is showing the battle between Glitch and Paradox.
-Why are they showing the battle?
-Because it’s not every day you get to see someone fighting without actually fighting.
-It just makes me want to leave more than stay.
Just then one of Paradox’s men appears and pulls out a blade. Glitch pulls out his blade and swings it only to miss by an inch. Paradox’s bounty hunter swings his blade knocking Glitch down and scaring his right arm. Glitch then yells
-Run!!
Two more of Paradox’s bounty hunters appear and shoot darts at Ayden and Virix knocking them out. Toya and Onix then run only to be stopped by two more bounty hunters who knock them out. Glitch then tries to get his blade, but is stopped by Paradox’s main bounty hunter who tells him:
-Paradox made it clear that I bring you to him personally.
Glitch then looks to the side of the bounty hunter and says:
-What’s that?!?
The bounty hunter turns to look and Glitch grabs his blade, knocks him down, and runs to the door. Once outside Glitch runs to the tardis when he gets hit by a dart. Limping he opens the door and sends the tardis to Gallifur before passing out at the controls.
Back at the café the bounty hunters are dragging the bodies of Toya, Ayden, Onix, and Virix to a helicopter. The lead bounty hunter is on a phone with Paradox saying:
-He got away, but we have his friends. It won’t be long now.
-We need him with us now!
-Trust me there isn’t anywhere he can run to now. He’ll come for his friends and we he does we’ll bring him to you.
-Let’s hope you’re right. Put his friends in the dungeon until I can corrupt them.
Paradox then hangs up the phone looks into the sands of time then says:
-Keep running brother. Run home so I can save you.
The tardis lands on Gallifur with a thud so loud it almost crashed the thing had it not already crashed. Glitch was still at the controls and regained conciseness. He didn’t care that he was awake because he’d fall asleep again, but by then it would’ve been too late. By then he’d be regressed. He then looked for the bottle of wine he had before this whole thing started. Once he got it he held the bottle above his mouth like a man without water and he noticed it was empty. He then fell on his back as he fell asleep and regressed. Before he completely fell asleep he heard a familiar voice say:
-You aren’t old enough to drink wine.
He then felt arms that he knew, but not at that time, belonged to the same voice of the person who just spoke to him carry him away as he fell asleep.
Ayden woke up startled. She had no memories of the night prior other then Paradox’s bounty hunters attacking them. She then noticed a baby wolf around the age of two near her legs asleep. She then asked quietly, so she wouldn’t wake the wolf:
-Toya?
A Voice next to her answered:
-Yes that’s Toya. Some of the darts the bounty hunters shot where laced with foy water so Glitch would be easier to catch.
She then turned her head to see Virix next to her and the same way he was the night prior. He then added:
-It might be best to go back to sleep. There isn’t much left for us to do other then look after these two.
He then gestured to Toya and Onix who had also been regressed. She then fell back to sleep and so did Virix.
Paradox who has been awake for hours continues to stare into the sands of time. He watches as Glitch is being regressed. Just then a figure appears and carries him away. Paradox watches closely at the sands. He couldn’t believe it. Then he picks up his phone and dials a number without looking away from the sands. Once it picks up he says:
-He’s on Gallifur. Bring her along with you.
Glitch wakes up two hours later to find he wasn’t regressed. He then looks around and sees a white wolf-cat with a white t-shirt that reads:
-…Something browed, something blue.
He then looks down at his own shirt which now says:
-Something old, something new…
He then hugs the wolf-cat and says:
-I found you Terra. I found you.
He then passes out and Terra sees him crying as she takes him to his room in the tardis.
Virix wakes up only to find everyone else still asleep. He then gets up and looks around at where Paradox is keeping them. He then pulls out his gun but instead of a gunshot a flame shoots out. He sees that they are in the pyramid of Giza. He starts to wake Ayden up then says to himself:
-If I wake her up I might wake Toya and Onix up as well.
He then starts lighting a torch. Then another and he doesn’t stop until the room is fully visible. He then notices two of the darts that the bounty hunters shot at them the night prior. He then picks them up and starts studying them.
Glitch wakes up again to find he was regressed. He then thinks to himself:
-Was that moment with Terra just a dream?
He then looks around and sees that he’s now in his room. He then thinks to himself again:
-It wasn’t a dream. Someone had to move me.
Terra then enters the room and sees Glitch is awake. She then tells him:
-I’d tell you how I got here but I rather wait until you’ve progressed.
Glitch then passes out again waiting for Terra to tell him how she’s here when he wakes up.
Once he woke up (at least to him he was waking up) he noticed that he had progressed, his shirt was the same one from earlier, and he was on the world that Terra and he made. He then walks up to Terra who was sitting by a tree and he sat down next to her. He then asks her:
-What did you want to tell me?
-Back on Gallifur, right before you left I felt a shift in time. Then when the explosion sent you to earth it sent me to the same place, but thirty years later. I was stuck in a time loop until Toya appeared and I took him in. I thought sooner or later you would come and get me out of the time loop, but when you came Paradox came and killed you.
Glitch looked over to see that Terra was now crying. She then continued:
-And when I was shot in the last dream state I knew I could get your help to get me out. Glitch please stop Paradox. If you kill him you will have the key to getting me out. Please save me…
Glitch then passes out again crying.
Ayden wakes up smelling smoke. At first she thought the place was on fire. She then noticed the room was lit up with torches. Virix then says:
-I hope you don’t mind, but I lit a few torches. I’m happy you’re awake I need to show you something.
He then hands her the darts he found and asks:
-Notice anything different between the two darts?
She looks for a moment then shakes her head.
-One is laced with foy water. I’m guessing Paradox’s bounty hunters knew we were coming.
Ayden then asks:
-Why would they only add foy water to a few?
-There was something wrong with the mixture.
-I hope Glitch is fine.
-Me two. Because if he was hit by one of the foy darts he wouldn’t age. He would be a toddler forever, and that is never good if it’s Glitch.
Glitch woke up two hours prior to passing out the last time. Now he was back in the control room of the tardis. He then notices a note on the controls that reads:
Dear Glitch,
I’d bet you’d be happy to know I’m still alive. I’ll be waiting for you at the edge of infinity.

P.S. The gang is being held at this location:
Glitch then sends the tardis to the location.
Virix was pacing the room when he starts to hear a loud breathing followed by a thud. Ayden hears it as well and notices the tardis and takes Toya and Onix to it. She puts them in Glitch’s room then meets him and Virix in the control room. Glitch then says:
-Virix grab a gun and follow me. Ayden when I tell you take the controls of the tardis and fly it away from Paradox’s grasp.
He then pulls out his clockwork cutlass, opens the door, and jumps out from five hundred feet in the air to Paradox’s castle in the sky.
He keeps falling until he reaches a window where he hangs on desperately. Then Paradox helps him up into the room. Paradox then says:
-Look who just appeared: one of the last Timefurs going to try and kill his brother. Too bad though.
Paradox then holds up an arm and Glitch is trapped in water. He then swings the blade and the water disappears. Glitch then says:
-She’s dead because of you. I could still have her with me, but now she’s dead!
He then swings his blade at Paradox who dodges it by inches. Paradox then says:
-We can bring her back. Together.
-I’d never let you help me you murderer.
Glitch say then swings the blade again missing for the second time.
-You would never care you heartless…
Paradox then shoots glitch like he did on the empire state building then says:
-I can still kill you like I did on the empire state building.
-So be it. At least I’d be with her!
The bullet is inches away from Glitch before he dodges it with his blade.
-It’s going to take more than bullets to kill me this time.
-Now here’s a battle!
Paradox says pulling out another clockwork cutlass and swinging it at Glitch. Glitch then blocks it with his own blade. Paradox pushes him away and says:
-I would’ve cared, and I still do. I’m sorry she’s dead, but I can help you bring her back.
Glitch then swings his blade at Paradox which finally cuts him down the left side. He then says:
-Rupish! You would kill us both and you still will.
He swings his blade and Paradox starts blocking it again. He then says:
-Then I will kill you again!
He then shoots Glitch three more times in the chest and he falls. Paradox then walks up to him and says:
-You’re so week. You let one person control your whole life. That’s how I can always kill you!
-But I have something you don’t.
-And what’s that?
Just then Virix appears and says:
-Friends who have his back.
Virix then shoots Paradox four times and watches him fall. Then he runs over to Glitch and asks him:
-You alright?
-Yeah, but I think Paradox is still kicking as well.
Paradox then runs up behind Virix and throws him to the sands of time. Then he picks Glitch up by the collar and start choking him. Then thunder is heard and Paradox loosens his grip on Glitch and falls to his back. Glitch looks at Virix who points at a white wolf-cat. Glitch then sees that it’s Terra and he runs to her and starts hugging her. Paradox then starts laughing and Glitch runs to see that he has a mirror shard in his heart. Paradox then goes completely limp. Then the mirror shard removes itself and starts moving to t mirror that it was broken off of. Paradox then appears on the mirror and says:
-You can never kill a Paradox.
Then glass starts coming up in the mirror and holds Glitch’s reflection down as Paradox pours an unknown liquid down the reflections throat. Glitch then falls to his knees and the bottle now says:
-Foy water.
Glitch then throws his blade at the mirror and it shatters it and kills Paradox. Virix and Terra then run to Glitch who says:
-Wine. I need wine.
The tardis then appears and Ayden comes out holding an open bottle of wine then hands it to Virix who pours it down Glitch’s throat. Glitch then opens his mouth and golden dust comes out. Terra then collapses and a bullet wound is seen on her chest. Glitch then gets a mirror shard and some rope out of his pocket and raps the rope around the shard and forms a necklace. He then says:
-Get her on her knees.
Ayden and Virix then help Terra up And Glitch wraps the necklace around her neck. Then the bullet wound heals itself up and Terra then hugs Glitch. They all get up and return to the tardis…
-…And even now Glitch and Terra are still together. They travel through space and time with Virix, Ayden, Toya, and Onix. The necklace that Terra now has is the only keeping her alive for if she were to take it off for more than five minutes she will return to the mirror world. And even now they all are off somewhere in time and space.
Glitch reads to the gang then adds:
-THE END.
Toya then says:
-That’s a good story.
Ayden then says:
-I agree. Now what?
Terra then says:
-Well we have all of time and space so where do you think V?
Virix says:
-I don’t know how ‘bout you Onix?
Onix then answers:
-I don’t know ether.
Glitch then turns to them and says:
-I know…
He then runs to the controls and everyone runs behind him. Then he says:
-Next stop everywhere!
He then turns to the crew and everyone says:
-GERONIMO!
